This is with regards to the order I had placed towards the holiday package of Rs. 7999/- with order numbers 2354005826 and order # 7110824991 totalling INR 7999.00/- Internet Transfer made on December 27, 2010.
I was assured a gift of
SONY Home Theatre as a promotional Offer,and the Travel Package, which was supposed to reach and Home Delivered to my
Bangalore address, by 3rd January, 2011. This date was deffered to the 6th January 2010, which I have not received,
This was sold to me by Mr. Asish Singh Chauhan (Ph# 911204234082), and called up by another person a couple of days later saying that it would be delivered by the 6th January, 2111, due to Christmas and New Year rush. I was given your website address and the Customer Service numbers, the same u have on your website, Ph# 0120 - 4347728 and 011 - 45696405.
I have'nt got any call yet and no one contacted me by Email, Phone, or Mails yet. I have been repeatedly calling these numbers a number of times a day. However, now, no one picks the call.
I'm really concerned here and awaiting your response onyour promise on this matter Immediately.
For the record, "Please take this Email seriously as I quote, i will be taking Legal Action for Cheating and Fraud as per our IPC and Indian Cyber Crime and I Banking Law Violations"

The Immediate reaction to this Email led to 'Jairesh' from Shop Today' calling me up after a couple of hours and asked me why did I "CC'd" the mails to "CCAvenue". Also, I received a couple of calls from "CCAvenue" the same day asking what happened, and it was the end of further communication from 'CCAvenue'. Below is the Email response from "Shop Today"...................
Dear Mr. Phukan,
As per the conversation I shall confirm you the home theatre brand in a wile and also would make sure tha same is shipped within 24 hours.
Also, thanks for bringing this to my notice, I shall take the required steps to avoid such situation in future.

Thank you for getting back to me on this. Very thoughtful and kind of you. I appreciate that.
Though I received a call that the specific product, the SONY Home Theater was already dispatched and was supposed to reach me by the 3rd January, 2011, it was deffered, and I was informed that it will be reaching only by the 6th January, 2011 due to the Christmas and New year Rush. it was on Dec 29th or 30th, was the last Communication I had from Your side. Though I still fail to understand why the calls rings and are still not picked up by the Customer Service, on the Numbers provided.
Please do get back to me on the status.

That was the last communication I received from 'Shop Today's' Jairesh, and no more concern, nothing from 'CCAvenue'.
Though I wrote a couple of mails, not one they responded to.
Constant trying of the phone in their Customer service number, I got through 1 of their executives. Irony is, he asked me to invest another 8K, then I'll get a HP laptop as well. I asked to speak with Jairesh or the other senior members, but was told that their boses went to Austrailia for a vacation and so they're not rechable. I was told my amount was put on hold and Jairesh will get back to me.I asked them my money back and was told they'll refund it shortly.
That was my last interaction with them. They never replied to my mail, they were never reachable, and they did not refund. Whenever I tried to call 'CCAvenue', as well, I never got to speak with them as they were always busy. Then I stopped trying.
