I got a call from shop today company tha t they have provided holiday packages. They also provided their site name (www.shoptoday.co.in), where there is a different hoday packages displayed. I have bought a 2 packges around 30000/- Rs. thorugh my axis bank debit card. After payment they said that they will send all the documents to my address within a two days with conform booking. bur still i have not received any doc. of any call from their side. Even their mobile no. was also swiched off. I have booked this on 28/04/11. Their executives name is Abhishek & his mob. no is.08882301831. Their office address is below as per their site. plz let me know what should i have to do for getting my money back. plz help me…

Delivery pending of my gift HP Mini Laptop
Dear Sir,
I bought shop today holiday package 3days and 2 nights free stay and meal in any where in india with free gift HP mini Laptop or Home Theater but i prefered HP Mini Laptop, I pay rs 8000 for the same in their gandhinagar (gujarat branch A/c I have xerox copy of cheque and deposite coutner slip) after so many times follow up with their theam member Mr .Virat (8882301831) regarding delivery of laptop he had given me POD no of DTDC Courier (No is D04844856) which show on line 26 march booking from karol baugh to ahmedabad via surface after so many times follow up with DTDC they infomred me on 10 april that said consignment is lost due to truck accident in gurgaon and same i had informed to mr. Virat via SMS (AS he is not picingup my calls after booking of my package till today i didnt get my booking details and not getting my gift laptop now shop today team did not pick up the calls
Fake commitments and cheap Gifts sent against assurance of Sony make Theatre

I, Dr. Dhanyakumar Kole has booked 2 holiday packages from Shop Today company(Their website is(Error! Hyperlink reference not valid.) and paid Rs.14,998.00 against the commitment of assured gift of Sony make Music Theatre system and Samsung make DG Cam. I have received Reebook watch+Reebook Sun Glasses and Shop today has also accepted the same and when we are asking to refund our one package amount(Rs.7,999.00), the are refusing for the same. Neither they revert back on mail nor they attend the calls. We are following up with them with continuous mail and did not receive any positive reply. My booking id is 7000006. Please help us to resolve this case. Mr. Rohit and Mr. Rahul Shrivastav used to give calls to the customers and keep chasin gthem for a month or so. hen some new Sales Executive starts calling and doing follow up of your case. Then, noone will responsd to your call. Their customer care number is always busy or they do ot attend the calls.
Please advise us how to resolve this problem. I am sure there could be lot many customers those ar etargeted by th company executives and trying to defame the name of the organisation. Will anyone helps us to get our money back as we are not satisfied with the treatment given to us till date.
