I have received a call from shop today Having HO indelhi
on 10 th dec 2010 for a holiday package (only accommodation) of 7 nights & 8 days for Rs. 7999.00 The offer was valid for there hotels tied up in more than 34 countries valid for 1 year.
I have booked the package & received the freebies as per the offer.
In the month of Jan I send the reservation form to them to book the package from 3/3/2011 to 10/3/2011 at toshali royal resort shimla.
After that I have spoken to them 2-3 times for booking confirmation. I was been told by them that booking is confirm & you can book your tickets. Accordingly I booked my all tickets.
But as they told the room allotment details will be given on 28/02/2011 I did not get any confirmation for them.
I callled them up almost 100 times for the booking details but no one picked up customer care no.
They didn't even replied to my emails sent to them several times.
Till today there is no phone call neither email reply from them.
Please guide me what to do.
